Agapé* Group – fortnightly workshops

The aims of the group are to:

increase self-awareness.
facilitate constructive personal change.
mutual support in the journey to ‘wake up’.
facilitate spiritual, psychic and intuitive development.
Learn practical ways to use spiritual principles and techniques in your life and work.

Present moment awareness, unconditional love, non-judgement, the ego, non-attachment, meditation, healing principles, working with energy, the power of the mind, energy blocks, psychic abilities, chakras, meridians, personality differences, shadow work, motivation, purpose and destiny,  inner peace, relationships, soul mates,  and much more!

The format will include meditation practices, teaching and group discussions.

Price:  £20 per session is a guide.  Nobody will be watching you – give what is in your heart to give.
